Rich blue ceramic beads adorn the V-neckline.  White ceramic tiles comprise the bodice and lead to a single coordinating blue bead where the skirt begins.  The skirt if made of blue and white ceramic Mexican tile and is highlighted with 6 rows of matching blue and white china ruffles in the back.  The front of the skirt is finished with a single china ruffle.
